Renelle Piñero is a freelance Communications and Publishing Coordinator, supporting the Guinn Center in digital content management and social media.
Born and raised in the Reno-Tahoe area, she is a proud graduate of the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno. Renelle’s professional experience includes more than a decade of copywriting and communications strategy for various non-profits. During her career journey, she also discovered a passion for data storytelling and has served as Business Intelligence Analyst for a handful start-ups and marketing agencies.
As a first-generation Filipino American, she is passionate about the impact of public policy on communities of color.
