Mariana Machado serves as the Office Administrator for the Guinn Center, where she manages key administrative functions to support the organization's operations. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining policies that align with best practices, coordinating communications with board members and community partners, and overseeing the Guinn Center's daily operations. She also acts as a liaison between the Guinn Center and the University of Nevada, Reno.
With more than a decade of experience in administrative management, customer service, and business solutions, Mariana brings a results-driven approach to her work. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Supervision at Great Basin College.
