Mariana Machado serves as the Operations Manager for the Guinn Center, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations. She manages administrative, financial, and human resources functions, supports board operations, coordinates communications with board members and community partners, and serves as the liaison between the Guinn Center and the University of Nevada, Reno.
With more than a decade of experience in administrative management, customer service, and business operations, Mariana brings a results-driven approach to her work. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Supervision at Great Basin College.
