Now Accepting Applications: Guinn Center Director of Development
Guinn Center Staff

The Kenny C. Guinn Center for Policy Priorities is pleased to announce that it is expanding its team in 2026 to include a Southern Nevada–based Director of Development. This new role reflects the Center’s continued growth and deepening commitment to building lasting partnerships that support data-driven public policy across the state.
The Director of Development plays a central role in advancing the Guinn Center’s mission as a trusted, nonpartisan source of research shaping public policy throughout Nevada and the Intermountain West. Based in Las Vegas, this position offers a unique opportunity to help sustain and grow an organization whose work directly informs decisions on education, health care, economic opportunity, governance, and more.
This role leads the Guinn Center’s fundraising and advancement efforts, designing and executing strategies for major gifts, planned and legacy giving, annual campaigns, and endowment growth, while cultivating strong relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and public partners in close collaboration with the Executive Director, Board, and research team.
The ideal candidate understands Nevada’s philanthropic and policy landscape and brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven leader to build long-term sustainability for a respected policy institution—and to see their fundraising leadership translate directly into lasting public impact for Nevada.
